Kerala may go for blended mode of online and offline classes for schools

According to a report by the Matrubhumi, the state education department in Kerala may go for a blended mode of education for students after schools reopen on November 1. While offline classes will be conducted mainly for students who do not have access to digital devices, those students who are unable to come to school can attend school using the live streaming through the newly adopted G-Suite tools.

The high level meeting headed by the Education Minister to be held on Thursday is expected to discuss the same as well as other matters such as the maximum number of students in a bench and a class, working of school bus, improving safety of students and other issues, Principal Secretary to the Education Department, APM Muhammad Haneef is reported to have said.
